How to resize (width + height) XML layout preview panels in ADT plugin for Eclipse?

ADT Screenshot

A and B let you set the width (A) and height (B) of the preview panel. C allows you to change the theme (including disabling the top bar, title, etc.).

I don’t know how to change the default value.
