What is the best way to implement REST-based web services in .NET?

Question

So far, my parameters have been ADO.Net data services, WCF REST Starter Kit (not sure if I can use it, because their EULA is hard to understand and confuse), ASP.NET MVC.

There are quite a few posts, but I want to see if there are already any frameworks that I’m missing. Also, please write your experience if you have already used any of the above options.

The script I'm using is designed to store and return some data from a SQL Server database. I am looking for something in which the infrastructure is already integrated. I read other questions, but I did not have any specific experience that people had with the above options, so I wondered if things had changed over time.

In fact, I think ADO.NET for data services (formerly called Astoria) is what you want.

WCF, of course, is not suitable for solving the v1 problem. This prevents you from implementing many of the limitations of ReST architectures.

If you want to do a relay through http, why not take a look at OpenRasta, which was built from the ground up to support REST scripts:
