Installed visual SVN server, except that I receive this message when SVN Check Out

Question

So, I installed the VisualSVN Server client and TortoiseSVN. And I created a user on the SVN server, and now I went to the new folder c: \ src, right-clicked and chose "SVN Checkout ..." and it always gives me this message

Checkout from https://bookroom:8443/svn, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included

Error: OPTIONS of 'https://bookroom:8443/svn': 200 OK (https://bookroom:8443)  

Finished!

bookroom is my computer name ...

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I assume https: // bookroom: 8443 / svn is not a valid Subversion repository.
