Where can I find an online function link for LoadRunner?

Is there an online reference manual I can request that contains details of the LoadRunner functions, such as:

lr_start_transaction
web_url
web_submit_data
web_custom_request
lr_end_transaction

and etc.

Essentially, I want to be able to learn about these functions without having a license / installed LoadRunner environment.

It seems that there is no link to the web function, but the Windows HTMLHelp ZIP file (.CFM) file (LoadRunner 9.10 VuGen API API link) can be downloaded here :
