How to redirect the console (stin, sterr) in Delphi 2009?

Question

I try several samples on the Internet and none of them work - scripts are not executed - (perhaps because for Unicode before Delphi 2009?).

I need to run some python scripts and pass arguments to them, for example:

python "..\Plugins\RunPlugin.py" -a login -u Test -p test

And write the output to a string and the errors to others.

I'm not sure WaitForSingleObject is a way ... I think it is better to compile it from GetExitCodeProcess (pi.hProcess, iExitCode) to iExitCode <> STILL_ACTIVE, and then check the data on each pass through the loop,
