How to change the proxy server by code

Question

To change the proxy server, I have to go to IE-> Internet Options-> LAN Settings and click "Use proxy server for your local network." I am sure there is some way to do this by code. Does anyone know how to do this (C #)?

What if you have to make a batch file and then create a shortcut for it on the desktop and then hotlink to it with something like ctrl + alt + n

And the package looked like this:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ \Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ ] "ProxyEnable" = DWORD: 00000001 "ProxyServer" = "10.22.40.6:3128"
