Saving a Word File as an Image

I want to save the first page of a Word document as an image. What methods exist for this with C #?

You can print a document document in an XPS document, open it in a WPF application (.Net 3.5), and convert the first internal FixedPage object to a bitmap using the document functionality and visualization of the WPF structure. An XPS document printer is available if you have the .Net 3 infrastructure installed (maybe 3.5, I'm not sure).
