An enterprise security application block in conjunction with a MembershipProvider in ASP.NET

Looking for an authentication / authorization implementation for an ASP.NET application

Studied using MembershipProvider SQLServerMembershipProvider etc model of provider, which makes sense to me.

However, I am also studying the Enterprise Security application block. My question is, can two be used in tandem?
