Should I turn off IIS 6 logging?

What are some reasons why I would not want to disable IIS logging completely for a small use intranet application (100 users)?

I'm not an Ops person (just pretending to be one of them for this app), so I never had to worry about that.

  • Logs help you troubleshoot and diagnose problems faster. This can save you hours in case of problems with your network.

  • Logs help you identify escalation of privileges that should not arise (users gain access to materials that they don’t need).
