.Net open source based social website?

I am building a website like Facebook. Not being a competitor to Facebook, it’s just a mid-high school alumni website. :-)

The features that I like, each class / class can be organized as a group and have a group administrator, each of which belongs to one group of classes / classes, and there is a whole system administrator to manage all groups. Each class / class can have such things as a message board, discussion board, and each person can use the platform to communicate with another guy and exchange documents / photos.

My question is: are there any existing open project.Net projects to use?

thanks in advance George

I am working on one of http://raya.codeplex.com/ running on .NET. This is partuza port, http://partuza.nl/ , an example of a social site based on OpenSocial. For applications, you can run any iGoogle or any application from sites such as Myspace, Orkut, friendster, etc. With or without minor changes. Want to help? :)

Or you can simply use Google Friend Connect, http://www.google.com/friendconnect/ , to add social features to your site.

Google has an open social status. http://code.google.com/apis/opensocial/

There are many sites like PHPBB.

Dotnetnuke is probably the closest. Ther is also a Community Server that has a free version for small groups, but I don't think it's open source.
