.NET 3.5 vs..NET 3.0

I want to write a program in WPF, but I'm not sure if I should target .net35 or .net30. The benefits of .net35 are obvious. But still, I see one important advantage of .net30 - it is built into Vista, so people using Windows Vista will not have to download and install the infrastructure.

Do you think the benefits of .net35 outweigh the difficulties of downloading ~ 200 megawatts and installing in?

PS

Actually I don’t need such advanced things like linq etc. So, I think .net30 is enough. Or am I missing something?
