Inherit comments from an interface or database

Question

I noticed that something like @inheritDoc exists in Java (doc), so the comments from the nearest inherited class are explicitly copied.

Is there something similar in .Net? I know this can be achieved using GhostDoc. The disadvantage of GhostDoc is that changes to the "base" comments do not show up ...

Have you looked at Sandcastle? I believe that it is now supported there.
