I am a neophyte in troubleshooting Weblogic.
We have a problem in our production environment. I cannot directly access the ennvironment (our hosting users will do this, but after a few hours, until I can ask them).
I have a thread dump since the moment the problem was obvious during production. I can look at the dump and output some things, but given that it is fairly structured and something that people do all the time, I assume that there are tools for interpreting them. There is?
Otherwise, are there any useful documents or websites that will help me learn how to interpret them?
