How to compare the structure of two MS SQL databases?

I need a free tool or some advice / method for comparing the structure of two Microsoft SQL databases. Preferably MS SQL 2005.

The method I was trying to do was create scripts from both databases and then compare the two files, but SQL Server generates the objects in random order.

it is available only in the trial version for 14 days, but redgate sql compare is pretty good and easy to use.
