Difference between CDDL (Sun OS License) and GPL

IANAL, but the FSF stated that the CDDL is incompatible with the GPL. As for links, it seems that some LGPL functions (link to code with a different license is allowed).

I have carefully read the legal text and will consult with the lawyer of your company. Any changes you make to the code must also be CDDL'd.
