Software developer with poor design skills - where to go?

I am a software developer who was not able to design an interface / website. Can someone recommend me an internet company that can help me create a user-friendly web interface (CSS / images and layout) and then I will build everything else? I know that there are many books that will help, but I would prefer someone with a lot of experience in this area to help me.
