Most LDAP administrators create LDIF manually?

Are there any tools to facilitate the work? If only command line tools exist, can anyone guess if there is a market for a GUI tool? For example, you can create a relational database by visual modeling. Should the same concept exist for LDAP?

Apache Directory Studio includes an ldif editor. It is still a text editor, but with syntax highlighting, autocomplete and group folding for ldif files: http://directory.apache.org/studio/

Many times you can copy objects from one tree to another. Or reinforce them. In this case, most LDAP tools have some export method as LDIF. Then you can easily modify files as needed.

Or copy the examples for reuse.
