Get a specific version of IE

Question

Does anyone know how to access a specific version of IE?

In particular, I use browser compatibility and was originally developed for IE 6.0.3790.3959 (which is the majority of our users). Some of our employees, who have IE 6.0.2900.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236, have problems with some of our custom Javascript animation effects. I can find tools to compare IE 6, 7, 8, etc., but nowhere to get a specific assembly ... any ideas?

EDIT: Yes, the JS code used on the home page for image slide shows, which is a central element of our new design.
