IPhone friendly sites with ASP.NET MVC

Question

Are there any resources or recommendations on how to make iPhone web-friendly apps?

In my case on purpose, I would like to use ASP.NET MVC, but since all this is done on the server, I know that it comes down to the / css / javascript markup.
