Can I set image alignment in PictureBox in VB.NET?

Question

I have PictureBoxone that dock in the upper left corner of the form. It is contained inside SplitContainer, and the parameter is PictureBoxset to "Fill the side of the panel in which it is located:

I have an option SizeModefor scaling so that the image is resized to fit the borders PictureBox. By default, the image is centered using this SizeMode. I am wondering if it is possible to make the image align left and not center it.
