Compare the text of the two methods

Is there a tool that can do different methods? I am working on some legacy code that has several 100-200 line methods that contain many duplicates, and I would like to abstract the duplication. The ability to distinguish between the two methods will be a huge help. In case that matters, I work with .NET and Visual Studio 2008.

I don’t know if this is suitable for you, but (not surprisingly) emacs can do this for regions in two files, either one by one or one by one.

emacs ediff, ( /, , , 3 .... ). , diff/merge .
