SEO problems with identical pages with slight variations in the supporting content (shown in different languages)

Are there any problems expected if the search engines can see the same pages in 2-3 variants, where the main content remains the same, but some additional information is different?

Example. Imagine that a forum thread can be reached in several URLs:

http://www.mysite.com/threads/en/12345
http://www.mysite.com/threads/de/12345
http://www.mysite.com/threads/fr/12345

As you can see, the main user content (which will be more than 90% of the visible text) will be the same, but some supporting information, such as tags and links ("View Profile", "Send Message"), "Report Abuse" and etc.) Will be present in different languages.

The reason for this organization is that I want users to be able to bookmark the page directly in their preferred languages.

So is this approach good or bad in terms of SEO? I somehow guess that it will be so. Does it matter that these links belong to my site, and not just to other instances scattered across various resources across the Internet?

If this way of doing something bad, how should I do otherwise?
