How to disable security warning when viewing XML in IE?

Question

When I browse XML files in Internet Explorer, it highlights the syntax and provides interactive disclosure / anti-aliasing controls. But for every open file, I get a yellow warning bar that picks up three clicks. These are local files, so no security warning is required. Can it be disconnected?
