How to create Silverlight 3 themes?

The new Silverlight 3 features page says:

Developers can now create application themes by applying styles to their Silverlight 3 applications and modifying them at run time.

But I can not find any information about this. I would like to create a theme for the can application to define button styles, etc.

Can someone let me know how to do this or point me to a web tutorial?
