Which billing provider can I use for my SAAS applications?

Question

I am working on a Software-as-a-service (SAAS) application that allows companies to manage vendor information.

What are the providers / providers who can offer billing services, including account management, subscription, renewal and reminder of payment fees?

I believe it will take a long time to create this from scratch.

In addition to billing, what are the other main components / considerations that I should pay attention to successfully publish this application?

I have the following comments and welcome any suggestions:

1) Infrastructure: I use cloud computing to provide scalability and service, so I am free from infrastructure management, especially for scaling, if demand increases.

2) Security: I believe that if I use a dedicated server, I should pay much more for security, for example, for a firewall. Thus, the use of cloud computing will allow my application to "ride" on a secure platform.

Mosso (which is a subsidiary of Rackspace) has some basic billing features built into the system - I just move my sites, and customer payment is one of the reasons I did this. They only do SS billing, at least for now.
