How to specify default font and size for a control in Visual Studio?

Question

I create reports in visual studio, and I'm looking for a way to specify the default font and size to apply to the text field every time I drop it into the constructor.

Update: this is not winforms or web form development, but the use of the report designer in visual studio. My biggest problem is that the default text box is 0.25 inches tall and after I change the font from Arial, 10pt to Tahoma, the 8pt text box should be changed to .2 inches tall.
