What are some good x86 assembly language resources?

What are some good online resources (links, books, tutorials, documentation, etc.) for training and assembly language programming (more precisely, nasm)? It seems that some of the assemblers are rather mysterious, and sometimes I have problems finding good information.

The Art of Assembly Language online books are quite useful. (Don't let the scary website disable you.)

- . nasm.

If you can wait until October, a new edition will be released to cover newer features such as 64-bit, but older ones are still very relevant, especially for beginners.
