Rpc server unavailable (exception from hresult: 0X800706BA)

My application scans excel files and generates a report with the number of Activex controls in each excel file. But when starting the tool from the client machine, we get an error message when opening the file (for some files, not all), and the files are located on the side on the side:

"rpc server is unavailable (exception from hresult: 0X800706BA)"

Can you guide me why this happens ....
