Are there payment gateways that take up only a percentage of any money, but they have a very small down payment?

I want to set up a payment gateway for charity.

By the way, is there any harm in simply accepting donations via paypal and avoiding the hassle of the entire payment gateway?

Some companies are starting to provide donation software, and payments are included for free, with the exception of unit fees. The global cloud and simply simplified payments are some examples. Get all calls and whistles at no additional cost, except for the same processing fee as PayPal.
