Creating a RAD7 Project from the Command Line

Question

We have existing projects installed with compilation dependencies in the RAD7 IDE. Is it possible to create an automatic build script from an existing project structure? We have IBM portal projects and regular WEB projects and corporate projects.

Maven and Ant are possible solutions, but can we use these tools to create existing projects from the command line without using the IDE itself?

Can you also call the compilation of the RAD \ eclipse kernel from the command line or API?
