What tools / sites / services do you use to determine the effectiveness of your site from different places around the world?
There are always complaints that under certain circumstances (especially from physically distant places) sites are slow, and it would be nice to know where they are especially slow.
Pingdom are good and quite cheap. They will tell you if your site suddenly began to deteriorate from one part of the world.
