- 64-bit library. Decent in my experience. At least .NET 2.0 is required (today there are no Windows machines that did not already have it), but you can interact with it both with the .NET component and using the COM interface (for example, ActiveX in the old days), so it can be used, for example, with 64-bit C ++, and not just for CLR languages.
