How to go to the beginning / end of a curly brace by selecting one of the curly braces in Visual Studio 2005.?

In Visual Studio 2005, consider that my program has a loop in it containing 10,000 lines of code. If I select the beginning or end of the bracket '{or}' of the loop, how can I go to another brace '} or {' of the loop.?

Pressing ctrl +] should bring you to the appropriate bracket for any highlighted open curly brace (and, indeed, a suitable start bracket for any close curly brace)

Yup, and pressing CTRL +] on the closing bracket will lead you to the opening bracket. Thus, it works in both directions.
