How to "mix / merge" two images using the objective-c library?

Question

I am wondering if there is an image processing library that will allow me to take two images and combine them together. Or mix parts of images in a mosaic so that it does not look like its mosaic, but is a single image.

I looked at the Google code and searched for such a library, but found nothing.
