IIS7 Authentication Issue

I deployed a website to a Win 2008 web server using IIS7. The site works fine on a Win 2003 Standard server with IIS6. In the 2008 field, when I request a page (htm or aspx) from a folder named β€œReports”, I get a call with the Windows Authentication dialog box.

I have anonymous authentication and forms authentication on the site. I applied full access permissions to the root of the site for both NETWORK SERVICE and IIS_IUSRS, but this did not affect.

I assume that you do not have SQL Reporting Services running on the same server:

1 - Grant rights to the "IUSR" user and the user using the application pool. 2 - Overwrite child folder permissions and ownership. 2 - Check if there is a web.config file in this folder that sets different access rules.
