Visual Studio command line explorer shows a red cross in the build en report folder

Question

What ideas might come up?

Some facts:

- a direct report link works (can I view http: //theserver/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx? ItemPath = / someSite )

- I have enough rights

-He worked and suddenly stopped working

-I can open source control

- I am directly connected via local lan with tfs server

- My colleagues do not have such problems

regsvr32 "C: \ Program Files \ Internet Explorer \ ieproxy.dll"

This overwrites the internet explorer dll that is used by Visual Studio.
