Process Viewer for Win CE Devices

Question

I need to find out the memory leak problem on Windows ce 4.0 / 5.0 devices. Is there any tool that shows me all the information about the processes, such as memory, the number of handlers ... So that I can identify the culprit.

If memory leak detection tools exist for CE 4.0 / 5.0?

acbTaskMan works like a charm to me. The free version does not display information about each process, but the paid version is not too expensive.
