I am currently using Visual Studio 2005 for all my personal projects, which means that I also work with the .NET 2.0 platform. As you might have imagined, he got this outdated feeling. I got this version of VS for free through the MSDN Academic Alliance program when I was in school. Now that I'm not at school, I, unfortunately, do not have access to MSDNAA, so the software is no longer free.
This brings us to my question. I reviewed some of the new features in current versions of .NET. Is it possible to update VS2005 in general to use .NET 3.5, or does it work only with 2.0?
