Can I use secure sockets (not https) with silverlight 2/3?

I need to make a push channel for clients (not through a survey), for Silverlight clients quickly and reliably, is it possible to make secure sockets using silverlight?

I have not tested SL3 yet, but you do not have the SslStream library with SL2. You could do this, but you would need to collapse your own SSL and certificate libraries and place them on top of the TCP socket that SL2 provides.
