How to create an interface similar to Excel spreadsheet on iPhone?

I want to develop an iphone interface using objective-c, which behaves like an Excel worksheet.

It will display a grid that can be scrolled both vertically and horizontally, but during vertical scrolling, the first row will depend, and during horizontal scrolling, the first column will freeze.

How can I do that? I am new to iphone development.
