Is there an HTML version of the ECMA-335 CLI specification?

Question

I am currently writing a blog post about the internal components of the CLI, and I am trying to bring where it says something. Mostly in the documents of section III.

I am currently linking to an ECMA page where there are a bunch of pdf and zip files, and links to sections where they are needed; but I would really like to link directly to sections in the text.

Does anyone know where I can find the HTML version of the specification? I looked through MSDN, Mono, and Google all the time, but nonetheless still empty.
