Programmatically Publish InfoPath Form As Site ContentType (Not Central Admin)

Does anyone know how to deploy an InfoPath (2007) form as a ContentType site (script or object model)? I don’t want the form to be published in Central Admin and FormServerTemplates, but rather in the form library created using the web scope function. The goal is to be able to publish the form via script or code to deploy and test the form in dev / stage / prod environments.
