What is the difference between a user interface designer and an information architect?
Information architects are concerned about how data is transmitted through the application, and are mostly related to data. User interface designers take this information and create an interface to represent this stream and primarily relate to users.
An “information architect,” for example, “Architect,” has at least as many meanings as there are organizations.
