No mapping between account and Windows Security

Question

During the installation of the Windows service, I get the error message:

error 1001 there is no mapping between the account and the Windows security service. We are using a user account for the server. (admin account)

In order not to ask the same question again, I publish my own conclusions below.

This page mentions something about the Gpttmpl.inf file and some possible causes of the display error:

• The account does not exist on member computers of the domain.
• The SAM account name is different from the domain account name.
