Iphone sqlite static links?

Does anyone out there statically bind sqlite (as opposed to using dynamic linking)?

I am having problems with users with jailbroken phones that do not have the same sqlite version as the iPhone on the iPhone (and therefore the cause of the crashes). I assume that the static binding of a known version of sqlite in my application is the answer ...

Did you find the exact source of the accident? Are you sure this is not a bug in your code that appears in different versions of SQLite?
