TileList Flexible Image Thumbnails

Question

I have a flexible TileList to which I upload a bunch of images.

When the list of fragments scrolls up and down, it executes fresh queries for all images, even if they were previously downloaded.

Is there a way to stop this behavior and allow the TileList control to save previously loaded images?
