Adobe Air file does not open

Question

After creating the adobe air file, I can open it using winrar or any other archiving program and see all the contents, including the code of my program.

Is there any way to avoid this? Some kind of encryption or something else?

No. The ".air" file is the same archive as said. XPS file.

The question is why do you want this? To avoid sharing sources?

If you have questions related to your source, why don't you use javascript code on your server and pull them from the client side. Of course, this will mean that they do not work when their network or your server is down.
