Can Flex / Flash record a screen?

Question

This question is pretty straight forward, I literally just want to stream video on a user's computer. Just like recording from a webcam, but with a source coming from the desktop (think about the screencasting tool). I specifically want to do this in pure Flash, without loading or add-ons.

This would be a simple question for Google, but it is confused by all the standalone screencasting tools that “export to Flash”, which makes it impossible to find anything useful.

Flex / Flash cannot record the screen due to a secure sandbox ... true.

But it provides a mechanism for writing this component, so we can use this thing. how ... Put all the components inside the Panner (or any other component) and record this component, this may be an alternative to recording the screen.
