Windows - Match the keyboard key with the same action as the left mouse button

It is a programmatic way (or something simpler) to map some keyboard to the same action as in Windows, as the left mouse button in Windows XP / Vista. If the program has a way to do this in .NET 2.0 (or higher)?

There is a software way, and this is possible in C # with a global connection. But I find tools like AutoHotkey that were made for this kind of thing to get up and running a lot faster. Scripts can also be compiled for executable files.
