Is there any good software or good tools for coordinating schedules and organizing meetings?
The specific problem I have to solve is:
I have people from group A and b people from group B. Now plan separate meetings between people in and people in B.
This is a real problem. The company has an open day in which there are several interviewers. On this day, a group of potential employees arrives. For each potential employee, we must plan different meetings with different interviewers, all of whom have different time limits.
So, this is the problem of restricting restrictions. Is there any easy-to-use software, etc.? Any ideas?
Update: If we just use a simple calendar, there will be a lot of work to schedule all meetings. It is almost like finding the shortest path on a chart, just checking it, instead of using a good algorithm to calculate the answer.
